ABOUT TRANSCULTURAL SYNERGY

Transcultural Synergy was established in 2002 and redefined in 2006 with a view of assisting leaders and teams develop through uncertainty and ambiguity.

We live in a world of yang, overheating, war, emotional spin. Need to cool down, be receptive, listening, more yin - new kind of global leaders. society already ready for this, many men converted, woman patiently waiting. No one person can solve all the problems, no saviour, but need to tap into collective wisdom and power of inspired innovation - need leaders to enable this process.

We need quieter more balanced way. We don't have solutions, but we have acquired wisdom and experience central to innovation, inspiration, democracy. We work on opening space and listening to the collective heart, which will lead us in the future.

Transcultural Synergy is a network of like-minded people and businesses who are seeking to make a difference in this world by enalbing us to tap into our collective wisdom. Our aim is a more participative (democratic) world, at home and at work.

Our Interdisciplinary Approach

Our core competence is in assisting corporations with people issues in international trade and relations. Our focus is on communication, training, coaching, assessing and bridging tools.
