Many

management focusses more on the operational side of the organisation
with a view of achieving pull flow with miniimum waste and toxitiy.
Dynamic Governance is more strategic, concerned with the steering
of an organisition tapping into the collective wisdom through a
consent-based kind of organisational democracy. Conversational
Leadership is focussed on creating the right conditions to enable
deep conversations that matter to create a vision for the future.
Online
Learning Modules:
We
offer alternative approaches to governance, ecologically sound management
and leadership to meet the future through learning workshops. In
the age of austerity we offer short online workshops in these areas.
Where appropriate we also design and deliver bespoke face to face
workshops within organisations. The online workshops are designed
to introduce individuals within organisations to alternative forms
of operations, leadership and governance in cost-effective modules.
Ultimately
the benefits include greater innovation, heightened engagement,
more inspired thinking, increased collaboration, more sustainability
and better equivalece of all involved, overall a wiser organisation.
