ECO-FLOW MANAGEMENT
By
'eco-flow' we fundamentally mean lean, using different word because
often misunderstood as a cost cutting exercise or technique, whereas
we view it as a holistic management philosophy, whose purpose is
to achieve a smooth operational flow by removing waste and toxicity,
and thereby achieve both better cost efficiency and a more sustainably
environmentally friendly client fulfillment.

as lean, but included eco-flow because not just set of tools, it's
a fundamental pan-organisational management philosophy which is
centred around smooth flow. Moreover it is not just a cost cutting
exercise, but rather a way of being ecologically sustainaable by
eliminating toxins and unnecessary inefficiencies. From communication
